5 years of professional experience in the medical sector, working within a specialist oncology practice and alongside a leading WA hospital. Managed day-to-day operations in a specialist oncology practice, coordinating appointments, patient communications, and confidential records with high accuracy and professionalism.

I enjoy learning about consumer psychology from journal articles, particularly the neurocognitive research that has been conducted on the role of eye tracking in visual attention & perception in advertising.
These insights will be the 'point of difference' in my work', I enjoy learnign about the developments in our field.
Communication - Empathetic, clear & respectful, whether thats to the team, when engaging with the client or with the local barista.
I enjoy learning more about new industries & products, listening to the clients and the consumers is vital. The feeling of "being heard" is paramount.
From my volunteer work with Lifeline, you are taught the importance of truly listening and communicating with respect & intention. To me this translates across my work - ensuring your team members, your clients and their consumers feel heard and understood is crucial to maintaining a positive connection, even amongst times and scenarios where there is discomfort; a plan needs to be changed, differing views etc. I value working together to achieve the optimal outcomes for every member of the team and clients.
